Today 13th August 2023 Bangalore witnessed an excellent cultural extravaganza at Suncity Corporate Leisure Club House. The programme was organised by "Chitra Fine Arts".
"Chitra Fine Arts" is a hub of cultural activities. It was founded by Smt.Swapna Ghosh in the year 2005. Various genres of Pure Classical and Semi classical Vocals and dance forms are taught here by the finest teachers of Bangalore.
Smt Swapna Ghosh herself teaches Fine Arts, Smt Somapriya Mukherjee, a Guru and nationally acclaimed performer is the head of the faculty of Hindustani Classical Vocal Music.
Other Gurus include Sushmita Das in Vocals, Madhura Sarkar in Odissi, Suparna Aich in Kathak, Sabina Lohia in Bharat Natyam and Amrita Sanyal in Creative dance.
Today ,Students performed per excellence in their respective fields. It showed the untiring efforts by Gurus behind them. An added attraction was the beautiful performances by all the Gurus.
